You got your hands on every video, watched all your favorite coaches and spiritual gurus, listened to every podcast, and read every book you could get your hands on, right? I get it. I was there too.
I was and still am obsessed with the different Laws of Attraction, The Universe, Manifestation, and adopting the Positive Mindset to have anything in the world that I desired. True Love, Absolute Happiness, Travel, Endless Abundance, Massive Wealth and Badass Health! That being said, you can have all these things and more. I have the 4 Secrets to follow daily to get there FAST!
If you ever read the book The Secret you know exactly what I mean. It is amazing, right? It changed my life, and my mindset forever. What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine, you create. It is simply retraining your brain.
A strong mindset ws not something I ever had before. I used to be extremely negative (attached feelings or beliefs from family, friends, job, and my own issues) and I started really seeing it after reading everything about The Law of Attraction, and putting the puzzle pieces together on what I really wanted in life, and how I had been drifting for years trying to figure out my own purpose.
What the heck is The Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction is a Law of the Universe. It is already in your Life every day influencing you, pushing you, and directing you. It is a magnet. Whatever you are focusing on, you will attract right back into your Life! Like attracts Like. Brilliant, right?
Focusing on positivity? You will attract more positivity. Are you taking action with your career and absolutely going for it? You will attract new opportunities like a frickin magnetic. The same goes for negative thoughts you invite into your mind. You will attract more negativity right back to you. Crazy how that works, isn’t it?

Gratitude. My Favorite thing. There is so much to be grateful for, I am blessed and so very grateful for everything in my life. I practice gratitude every day by writing down what I am grateful for in my journal AND saying them out loud. I practice at night as well.
My husband and I do a morning ritual every day telling each other 10 things we are grateful for. Having a positive mindset is so important, and raising your vibration, and frequency, to a very high level. This creates positive vibes, and you will start thinking in a very positive way and this increases your overall attitude to reach your goals super fast!
Trust me when I say Gratitude will change everything you know, feel and think about yourself, your surroundings, your moods, your vibes, and your WHOLE LIFE! Try it…..you will never go back to any form of negativity ever again.

Be Clear on what you Desire.
You need to be absolutely SUPER CLEAR on what you desire in your life. What do you want? What are your Dreams? What lights up your Soul? BE SPECIFIC. “I want to be more successful.” That isn’t specific enough. “I am a successful coach helping women thrive and gain massive wealth starting a new business online.” Much better. “I want more money.” Nope. “I am grateful to receive $2000 by the 1st of April.” ABSOLUTELY YES!
Use I AM in front of every desire you journal about. You already have it. You also need to put emotion into your words when writing out your intentions and desires every single day. All emotions have energy attached to them, and they can act as a magnet towards frequencies that may be similar.
Use Secret #1 to write out your desires using full gratitude and joy. High Vibrations surround Gratitude, and there are no mixed signals with this. Remember when journaling to keep “Like attracts Like” right there with you, and it will flow beautifully.
The Clarity will come. Write your desires down DAILY, and always act as if you already have everything you asked for. You are living it. You are Grateful for what you have. All your desires belong to you. You are open and ready to receive all the abundance the world has to offer. It is all a cycle of Gratitude, Clarity, and Mindset.
You. All it requires is YOU. Everything starts with a Thought. Your ability to think things into being, and existence. All it takes is you. Keep your focus on what you believe can be, and not what you believe you currently lack.
Letting go of your ego and standing in your brilliant truth will keep you in a positive growth mindset. ALL. THE. TIME. You are Worthy. You are Badass. You are Amazing. You have it all.
Being positive takes inner work. But first of all, it takes LOVE. For yourself. The time has arrived for you to start Loving YOU. Focus on what lights you up. What brings you constant Joy. Do “All The Things” that make you feel the inner joy that lights up your soul. Your being. Your true essence. I love serving others and helping them become the best versions of themselves. This lights me up!
It brings me joy every single day to change someone’s day. Someone’s Month. Someone’s LIFE. I have a positive mindset infused with Mind Body Soul Growth, and it just keeps getting better. Allow yourself to be a magnet to everything good. The Universe will take care of the rest.

Take Aligned Action.
Implement what you learned and take the aligned action EVERY SINGLE DAY. Display gratitude. Be super specific on what you want to manifest into your life, and always stay in a super positive mindset. I call it Positive Pants! 😉
Everything has to align with your thoughts, emotions, and actions. They all must align perfectly when you write your daily intentions and desires. What kind of messy action are you willing to take to reach your desires? What does this look like? Who do you have to be to make these desires happen?
Action = Energy. When you take massive action, you are telling the Universe you have it already. Everything is energy, and all that Badass energy you are pushing out there to the Universe is coming right back to you full force!
I hope you are ready. Your Life is about to change FOREVER! Don’t ever stop. Keep Going forward always, and know it is already yours!
