You are important. You mean something. If you are telling yourself something different every single day, we need to have a talk, girlfriend. Just saying. It might take us days, weeks, or even months to realize that potential does exist within us. Having Thyroid issues for years strips your self-esteem and your self worth to the CORE. You feel brain dead, have zero feelings or drive to want to move. Plagued with anxiety, depression, severe fatigue, metabolism setbacks, and the clarity and focus are shot! Trust me, I have been there. Thyroid Health can be very overwhelming.
It is crazy how you can go through these struggles, and just like that, they become your daily life. I went through the ups and downs of feeling like I was insane, and my hormones out of complete balance for several years thinking that was the true normal. I was diagnosed in 2003 with Hypothyroidism and told to take a pill for the rest of my life. That was the end of that, and I thought that was it. I didn’t think much about it until the medication stopped working.
There ARE solutions out there, and we are all so different and can have multiple things going on. It takes patience, trial, and error, and a whole lot of testing with your daily life, how you fuel your body, workouts and movement, work-life balance, and your energy levels. Here is the Key: Don’t ever give up. Ever.
The inner Badass of YOU does not stop trying. Nope. Not happening. Always move forward and see the beautiful sunshine in front of you. It is there. You will get there. I can help. And, just know this, girlfriend…..
You have the inner drive and determination to get back up, dust yourself off, and try again. Go for every single dream you have.
